Each visit is built around the client. Consultations can be held in person or virtually, and in-person consultations include free skincare samples so clients can try products before buying. The studio creates custom blends for facials and moisturizers, and builds morning and night routines around each client's lifestyle and budget. After a first appointment, clients receive follow-up emails and written instructions for using products. The studio says home care accounts for most of the skin transformation, with in-spa time making up about the rest.

The menu runs from a 45-minute express facial to 90-minute customized, sensitive skin, chemical peel and acne and pore clearing facials. Timed upgrades such as LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, a hot stone massage and a CBD-infused oil can be added. Bundles combine a facial with LED light therapy and lash or brow services at about 10% off the individual prices. Body treatments, keratin lash lifts and tints, brow tints and waxing are also offered. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or custom amounts, and are final once purchased.

Services are by appointment only. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and 1 to 2 Saturdays a month from 10 AM to 5 PM. Off-street parking is available. Cancelling or rescheduling 48 hours ahead incurs a 50% fee, and cancelling within 24 hours or no-showing incurs a 98% fee. Clients arriving 6 to 14 minutes late pay a $5 late fee, and arriving 15 or more minutes late is treated as a no-show. New clients booking a virtual consultation pay a $17 deposit, and new clients booking certain bundles, the 45-minute back refining treatment or lash and brow tint pay a $25 deposit. The VIP rewards program gives a stamp for every $20 spent on partnered retail products, and after 10 stamps a client receives $20 off; it does not apply to services.
