Every appointment includes a free consultation, which is a chance to talk through skin concerns before treatment. Clients are asked to arrive with clean skin if possible and to avoid heavy makeup before a facial. For 24 to 48 hours beforehand, retinol, exfoliants, waxing and heavy sun exposure should be avoided. Advanced treatments such as nano needling and chemical peels have downtime, so clients should ask about recovery when booking. Some redness after extractions is normal and usually settles within a few hours. Clients who are pregnant or nursing should tell the esthetician first, as many facials are pregnancy-safe.
The business recommends a facial every four to six weeks for most clients, with a schedule customized by the esthetician. Booking requires a deposit, and the card on file is charged only after the service is completed. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows, same-day cancellations and no-call appointments are charged 50 percent to the card on file, and future bookings after such a missed visit require a full, non-refundable deposit.
