The salon's stated mission is a fashionable look that fits each client's lifestyle, personal care, high-quality products, fashion-driven services and guest satisfaction. Keune products are used in hair services, and the salon collects and donates to organizations that help women and children.

Hair services start with a design consultation, a one-on-one meeting to choose a cut based on lifestyle, hair texture, face shape and preferences. From there clients can book all-over color, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, smoothing treatments, texture services such as straightening, perms and body waves, and Great Lengths hair extensions, which are priced after consultation.

Beyond hair, the salon offers gel and acrylic nails, manicures, a spa manicure, paraffin treatments, nail art and polish services. Esthetics include a Dermalogica facial, a Mature Skin facial, a shorter Express Treatment facial, and separate men's and back facials. Cosmetics cover makeup application, makeup lessons, brow and lip shaping, body waxing and spray tans. Wedding day hair and makeup is offered with wedding packages, which require a 50% deposit at booking, with 25% of that nonrefundable.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, and individual stylist hours are available by phone. Prices on the website and in the brochure may change without notice. Booking wedding parties at least three months ahead is recommended, especially for groups of five or more.
