Jonelle started sugaring in 2022 and trained at the Aveda Institute, where her interest in skin care developed. Her listed specialties cover sugaring, skin care, facials, body treatments, brows and lashes. The portfolio shows brow lamination and a brow wax with tint.

Services are grouped into body treatments, facials, packages and waxing. Waxing runs from lip and chin to full-body sessions, with options in sugar, soft wax and hard wax. Vajacial and yoni steam sessions are among the body offerings, and several packages combine waxing with those treatments.

Clients are asked to let hair grow four to five weeks before a wax and to arrive without makeup for facials. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the service total, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Arrivals five or ten minutes late incur a fee of $5 or $10, and appointments are canceled at 15 minutes late with the full total charged. Cash, Cash App and Apple Pay are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
