A first visit starts with a consultation with the specialists, who talk through a client's goals and preferences before any treatment. Services are open to clients of all genders. Appointments can be booked on the website or through the SquareGo app, and the studio recommends booking ahead rather than walking in. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 10AM to 5PM and Saturday from 10AM to 8PM, and is closed Monday and Sunday.
Beyond the studio, services are offered for weddings, special events, photoshoots and image branding at locations the client chooses. Group bookings are arranged as packages for bridal parties, birthdays and corporate outings. The menu also includes a Black Diamond monthly membership and several couples, men's and women's packages that pair treatments with small extras such as wine, chocolates or cupcakes.
Skincare and body lotions are available to buy in the salon. The salon asks for 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or move an appointment. A $30 charge may apply to appointments cancelled late or missed without notice. Before a new booking request is accepted, any outstanding balance must be paid in full, except for bridal bookings. Costs can be spread into installments through Afterpay and Klarna.
