A visit usually begins with a consultation. The Skin Consultation + Treatment starts with a skin analysis to determine skin type, and the products and steps are then tailored to the client. Other facials are built from defined steps: the Custom Facial combines a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, a custom mask, and LED light therapy, while the HydroFacial works to clear dead skin cells and blackheads and hydrate the skin.

The studio's more involved programs need planning. The Acne Program is a series of chemical peels and professional extractions with high frequency, cooling therapy, and LED light therapy, and it begins with a consultation and a prescribed home routine. Clearing can take anywhere from roughly three to six months, or up to a year, depending on severity. Skin Rehab is microneedling that addresses scarring, fine lines, pigmentation, stretch marks, and skin tone and texture; it calls for two to four weeks of home care beforehand and is usually a series of three to six treatments spaced four to six weeks apart.

Several peels are reserved for existing clients, including the Custom Chemical Peel (which requires a home skincare routine), the Factor Five RDS Peel, and the Acne Program follow-ups. The Factor Five RDS Peel is made with a Factor Five formula containing TCA, peptides, kojic acid, growth factors, and stem cells, and the business notes it can be repeated every seven to ten days with a series recommended and a seven-day aftercare kit included.

Clients who cannot come in can start with a Virtual Skin Program consultation held over Zoom or FaceTime, after which they receive a consultation form by email. Products are sold through an online shop, including FactorFive products, and can be picked up at the studio.

Each client receives custom treatments and a skincare regimen matched to their own skin condition and concerns, with the aim of helping them regain confidence.
