About

The studio is led by Emma, an esthetician who created the Acne Ecosystem Method that shapes its acne work, and Karin works alongside her. The business describes itself as a Best of Temecula winner in 2025 and 2026 and says it has more than 100 five-star reviews, and it says it is trusted by clients across Southern California and beyond.

The Acne Ecosystem Method looks at hormones, bacteria, cell turnover, hydration and inflammation together and builds a personalized plan from them, rather than relying on one product, ingredient or procedure. Acne treatment usually takes several months, and no specific result or timeline is guaranteed. Corrective changes such as acne, congestion and pigment build over time with consistent home care, while glow and hydration are usually noticed right after a facial.

First-time guests are generally booked into a 90-minute consultation paired with a facial. A custom facial starts with a skin assessment, then a deep cleanse and, where appropriate, targeted exfoliation. Pore clearing is done only when necessary, and it may be reduced or left out entirely on inflamed or sensitized skin. Treatment serums go on next, followed by a mask treatment, and the session ends with finishing products and guidance on aftercare. Before the visit, clients are asked to share a list or photos of their skincare, hair products and medications. Maintenance facials usually take place every four to six weeks, and sessions are scheduled more often when the goal is correcting acne, congestion, pigment or texture.

The Virtual Acne Program is remote and not hands-on. It includes a consultation, review of clear, unedited photographs supplied by the client, protocol design and guidance, customized skincare recommendations, progress check-ins and ongoing support.

Treatment can't begin until intake and consent forms are complete, and the intake form is filled out after booking. Before a facial, clients are generally asked to stop using retinoids, retinol and exfoliating acids for a few days, and to wait two weeks after Botox or filler. Booking a facial 7 to 14 days before an event is suggested. The business offers skincare services and education only, not medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Programs are paid in full before the first appointment, and any sessions not used within the program period are forfeited. All payments are final and non-refundable, except when a client has an allergic reaction to a product the business sells. Cancellations with under 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are charged 50% of the scheduled service, including virtual appointments. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability. Pay-over-time options through Cherry are offered, including 0% APR options for those who are eligible.

Acne and chronic skin concerns are addressed through the Acne Ecosystem Method, which builds a personalized plan from several factors at once rather than a single product or procedure.
