Services are grouped into facials, body treatments, an acne program, packaged microchanneling sessions, and remote options. The facials range from a consultation for clients who are unsure what they need, through a corrective facial for acne, pigmentation, congestion, texture and dehydration, to a longer facial that adds an extended massage and is not recommended as a first treatment. Facial add-ons can include nano infusion, which is meant to help products absorb and hydrate the skin. Treatments may combine HydraFacial, dermaplaning, carboxy therapy, light to medium chemical peels and corrective masks.
The Acne Boot Camp program begins with a skin analysis, a customized treatment and a home care plan, and can also start with a remote assessment. Its home care system typically runs about one to three months, and the total cost depends on the plan. The back treatments focus on congestion, breakouts, texture and uneven tone. Procell Microchanneling is offered as a single session or as a bundle of three, and is described as a collagen-stimulating option for tone, texture, fine lines, acne scars, pigmentation and stretch marks.
Remote services include a virtual skin consultation with photo review and a private video or phone-style session, a one-on-one call covering skin care, business tips and treatments, and a 30 to 35 minute consultation that can be done in person or online. Consultation fees can count toward a treatment or product purchase. Clients can also pick up products or shop in person at no charge.
Booking requires a card on file, which is charged only after the service, and no deposit is taken. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are free; later cancellations are charged half the service amount, and no-shows are charged in full. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice can lead to cancellation of in-suite appointments. The studio is not kid friendly. New clients are asked to stop retinols, exfoliating acids, benzoyl peroxide and other strong actives three to five days before a first visit, and to pause waxing or at-home peels for five to seven days before that visit. Product sales are final, and opened skin care cannot be returned.
Treatments are planned around each client's skin goals, lifestyle and comfort level, with custom routines and plans built for individual concerns.
