Selah June Aesthetics

Selah June Aesthetics is a small, private studio on East State Street in downtown Redlands. The business describes itself as a Brazilian wax and skin specialist, and every service is performed by its owner.

Waxing covers a full Brazilian, a Brazilian with ingrown care that adds time for targeted ingrown hair extractions, underarms, luxe brows with styling, full face, and Brazilian plus underarms. Waxing uses high-quality wax followed by prep and post-care products. Listed prices are $50 for a Brazilian for new clients and $60 for returning clients, $70 for Brazilian with ingrown care, $20 for underarms, $25 to $35 for luxe brow wax with styling, and $70 for full face.

Facials are customized to the client. The Signature Skin Treatment is designed for clients without active breakouts and includes cleansing, exfoliation, light extractions when needed, a soothing mask and finishing products; it is listed at $100 for 60 minutes and $145 for 90 minutes. The 75-minute Acne Treatment is a corrective facial for active breakouts, with a consultation, extended extractions and a custom plan, listed at $140. New clients can book a 60- or 90-minute facial that includes a consultation, a home care plan and a treatment strategy, listed at $110 and $150. Facials pair clinical-grade products with at-home routines.

Appointments changed with less than 24 hours notice, including cancellations and reschedules, carry a fee of 50% of the service total, and clients who do not arrive without notice are charged the full scheduled total. Outstanding fees must be paid before new appointments can be booked. There is a 5-minute grace period at the start of appointments, and later arrivals may be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled.

Guests may accompany clients to the studio but wait in the waiting area rather than the treatment room, and seating is limited. Parking is available downtown, including the parking structure at Citrus Ave. and Fifth St. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
