SKIN by Jess was started to bring skincare to a wider range of clients, using the owner's medical knowledge. The approach is holistic, looking at the skin as a whole rather than treating one problem in isolation.
Chemical peels are customized to each client's concerns and are used to address hyperpigmentation, acne scars and aging. Options range from a light lactic peel with no downtime, which takes about 30 minutes, to a medium-depth Jessner/TCA peel. Facials range from a 30-minute Express Facial for specific concerns to a 55-minute Custom Facial and a one-hour luxury peel add-on.
Acne treatment, which includes extractions, is designed for teens, and a light acne peel can be added to it. A separate back acne treatment is also offered. Microneedling, which creates micro-injuries to stimulate collagen, is used for scarring, skin laxity and aging skin.
