Nails are the core of the menu. Manicures include classic, gel, MAN-icure and KID-icure options, plus nail repair for natural, acrylic and hard gel or poly gel nails. Extensions cover tips, sculptured, polygel and APRÉS Gel-X soft gel sets, with fill-ins for existing acrylic, poly gel and hard gel work. Pedicures range from the So Selfish Pedicure to the CBD and Champagne Dreams options, and a long list of design add-ons runs from simple foil or lines to hand-painted, stone and encapsulated looks.

The facial menu includes the Selfish Signature Facial, a men's facial, a teen facial for ages 14 to 21, a back facial and the Glow-Up Facial. A custom PCA peel is listed at $150 for 45 minutes, and the booking page says prices for it vary from $150 to $200. LED light therapy can be added to any facial for $40, with color options for specific skin concerns, but it cannot be booked alone. Waxing uses hard wax across face, body and intimate areas, and brow services include a plain wax and a wax with tint. Makeup is offered as a one-hour appointment with either of the two makeup artists.

The business is open Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm. Appointments can be booked online and are strongly suggested, though walk-ins are welcome when there is availability. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel, and appointments more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled. No-call, no-show bookings may be banned from future appointments and charged the full cost of the service. Children are not permitted in the lounge or service areas, even though KID services are listed for ages 4 to 12.

The space also rents out rooms and a lounge. Day rentals run for up to 8 hours between 10am and 8pm, in a treatment room with or without a sink or in a glass room, and a three-hour lounge rental is available. Room rentals are secured by completing a Room Rental Questionnaire sent by email. The business also hosts private events with venue packages and themes.
