Skin by Iv was founded by Ivana Miljkovic, a licensed esthetician who owns the studio. The studio is in Alpharetta and is entered through a side entrance at Body Fixation, with hours Monday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Sundays. Clients can book online or by phone.

New clients often start with a 20-minute consultation for $30, which assesses skin needs and guides a customized skincare routine. The Custom Facial for New Clients at $75 (50 minutes) pairs a consultation and skin analysis with a treatment tailored to the client. Established clients can book customized facials in 30, 60 or 90-minute lengths, priced from $60 to $165.

The studio also offers a Gentleman's Facial for men's skin ($95, 50 minutes), a Deep Pore Treatment ($125, 50 minutes), and a 10-minute Product Pickup ($50) for clients collecting professional skincare products for use at home. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full appointment cost, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
