New clients, and existing clients booking a new service, complete a consultation before their first appointment. The one-hour consultation costs $25, and that fee applies toward any service booked. All clients fill out required forms before treatment. Walk-ins are accepted, but children are not allowed at appointments.
The studio uses PCA Skin products and FACTORFIVE technology. Its FACTORFIVE Stem Cells Peel Treatment and the Deluxe Facial, which includes dermaplaning or an enzyme peel in a longer session, are among its more involved options. Teeth whitening is offered as one session or as a three-session plan, and the studio says it can lighten teeth by two to eight shades. According to the studio, it received Roswell's Small Business Excellence Award three years in a row.
