The facial menu runs from an express treatment to a longer luxury option. Several of the facials begin with a double cleanse and enzyme exfoliation with steam, then finish with a mask, toner, eye serum, moisturizer and SPF. The custom facials add an ice globe massage and vitamin C serum, and the luxury version also includes dermaplaning, a Glass Mask and a décolletage massage. The Better Than Botox Facial is a 90-minute treatment that combines a deep cleanse, dermaplaning, a light chemical peel and a peptide mask. The salon describes it as a firming facial meant to offer a Botox-like result without injections.

Brow services include tinting, lamination, waxing and a clean-up that includes uni-brow removal, with combined options for lamination with tint and wax. Lash services cover lifts, tints and a combined lift and tint. Waxing is offered for the chin, upper lip and underarms. A 15-minute consultation, listed at no charge, is offered before treatments such as SWiCH treatments, chemical peels and dermaplaning. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and all gift card sales are final. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a 50% fee of the scheduled price, and a no-call, no-show is charged 95% of the scheduled price.

Facials are built around a cleanse and exfoliation, with add-ons such as dermaplaning, masks and massage layered on by service level. A consultation is offered before peels, dermaplaning and SWiCH treatments.
