The lash menu covers classic sets, where one extension goes on each natural lash for a 1:1 ratio, hybrid sets that mix single lashes with volume fans, and volume sets with fans of three to fifteen extensions per natural lash. Fills come in full and mini versions. Mini fills are 45-minute visits for quick touch-ups and do not include foreign fills. Clients who currently wear extensions from another lash artist can add a foreign fill, which may need extra cleansing, removal and time. A patch test places a small number of extensions to check for reactions or allergies before a full set.

Brow services include a maintenance wax recommended every two to three weeks, a personalized mapping wax that waxes, trims and tweezes, and brow tinting. Lash services also include tinting, lash lifts, a combined lift and tint, and removal that leaves natural lashes unharmed. Facial waxing covers the upper lip, chin, ear, nose, cheeks, face and under arms.

Policies are set out for new and returning clients. A deposit is required for new clients booking sets, fills and lash lifts, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% service charge, and cancellations within four hours or no-shows carry the full charge. Arriving 15 or more minutes late cancels the appointment and is charged as a no-show. Fills must be booked within 21 days of the last fill with at least half of the extensions still intact; longer gaps are booked as a new set. The business is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed on weekends.

The studio offers several lash styles, from one-to-one sets to fans, and a patch test to check for reactions before a set.
