Danielle, the lead esthetician and owner, runs the studio after leaving the corporate world several years before the site was written, in order to focus on skincare. The team is made up of Danielle, Lucy and Samantha.

New clients fill out a new client form before their first appointment. Clients can book a complimentary skin consultation with Samantha or Lucy, which includes an in-depth review of skin concerns and a treatment plan. Clients may photograph the skin products they currently use beforehand so the provider can review them.

Acne Treatment is the recommended service for active breakouts. For acne scarring and aging, the studio suggests microneedling with BioRePeel, typically over 3-4 sessions. Peels and Rejuvapen microneedling require a signed consent form, and the studio notes downtime and sensitivity for several of its advanced treatments.

Clients can shop skincare from skinbetter science, Biopelle, GlyMed Plus and other lines through the online shop, with routine bundles for dry, oily and cystic acne-prone skin. Online orders can be picked up at the studio. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount.

Pairs at-home skincare routines with in-studio services and a consultation-first process, so each client's plan matches their skin.
