The menu centers on facials. A Customized Facial comes in 60 or 90 minutes; the longer version begins with a consultation and a skin and lifestyle analysis and suits skin that needs extra extraction time or facial massage. Other options include a Customized Back Facial Treatment with exfoliation, blackhead extraction, a clay mask and back and shoulder massage, a Facial with LED Light Therapy that adds 30 minutes of light treatment to a customized facial, and microdermabrasion using the MegaPeel EX crystal and diamond system. The spa describes the MegaPeel EX as a closed system.

Hydro facial options use pressurized oxygen streams and custom serums to exfoliate, cleanse and hydrate. A Hydro Facial and Oxygen Infusion Therapy with Oxylune combines a hydro facial with an oxygen infusion. A superficial Facial with Chemical Peel is offered for fine lines, uneven tone, sun damage and acne scarring, and it requires a consultation after an initial Customized Facial. Dermaplaning is available as a 30-minute add-on, and a Brazilian wax takes 30 minutes.

The spa sells skin care products from brands including TUEL, DermaMed Solutions and SAIAN, with an online shop listing serums, cleansers, moisturizers, masks, peels, eye creams, SPF moisturizers and travel sets. Online orders ship by UPS standard ground only, usually in 3 to 7 business days, and orders of $299 or more ship free. Shipping is not available to APO or PO Boxes. Products may be exchanged within 30 days of the invoice date, but refunds are only given for unopened products requested within 15 days of receipt.
