Treatments are planned around each client's skin goals. Consultations are offered at no cost for 15 minutes, and a 30-minute virtual consultation at $50 covers a skin assessment, treatment recommendations and product guidance. Teens aged 12 to 16 can book a 15-minute Teen Glow Mini Facial at $40, which includes a gentle cleanse, a hydrating treatment, moisturizer, SPF and skincare education, but leaves out extractions, peels and corrective acne work. Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to complete a consent form before treatment.

The Custom Facial starts at $100 for 45 minutes and includes a double cleanse, skin analysis, exfoliation, steam, extractions, a purifying mask, serums, moisturizer and SPF. For acne, the studio offers an Acne Treatment Facial at $130, an Acne Facial with a chemical peel at $180, and a 12-Week Acne Bootcamp package at $1,404 that uses professional protocols from Face Reality Skincare. Other options include a HydroFacial combined with LED light therapy, a Diamond Dermabrasion Facial, an Oxygen Facial, and a Tightening Anti-Aging Facial. Most facials and peels require a deposit of $25, and Hair Restoration and Microneedling + BioRePeel require $100.

Changes and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling with less notice than that incurs a charge of 50% of the booked service, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can mean having to book again, and a cancellation fee may apply. Deposits cannot be refunded, though one transfer to a new date is allowed when an appointment is moved with proper notice. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Sundays.
