The studio aims to be a place where clients can unwind and leave feeling comfortable in their skin.

Before any treatment, Nicole talks with the client about their goals and skin needs, then customizes the service. The studio wants clients to feel they have time and are not moved along like another booking. Every facial includes lymphatic drainage and scalp massage, and targeted add-ons such as LED light therapy or high frequency can be included within a facial.

The studio's most detailed program is Face Reality Acne Bootcamp, a 3 to 6 month plan aimed at clearing acne. It starts with an initial consultation and skin analysis, continues with bi-weekly acne treatments, and includes progress tracking and a personalized home care routine. Home care products are bought separately and are listed as averaging $150 to $200.

Facials range from the Teen Facial, tailored to younger skin, to the Hydrafacial line and the NanoNeedle treatments. The Deluxe Hydrafacial adds a targeted booster for acne, aging or uneven tone and finishes with LED light therapy. The Platinum Hydrafacial adds lymphatic drainage, customized boosters and advanced techniques. The Fuzz-Free Facial combines gentle exfoliation, facial hair removal and a Dermaplane Pro Happy Peel.

Memberships and packages can be booked on the services page, and credits or membership benefits apply automatically at checkout. Studio hours are Thursday and Friday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 2 PM to 6 PM, with Monday through Wednesday closed. A valid card on file is required to book. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with 50% of the service charged for late cancellations and 100% for no-shows. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the visit, and the full fee still applies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Each service is customized to the client's goals and skin needs after the client has been listened to, and the studio does not rush appointments.

Each visit takes place one-on-one in a private treatment room.
