Booking is handled online and the process is spelled out in advance. Clients who are unsure what to book can choose the Undecided option and add notes or request a consultation, and every new client is called within 24 hours of booking for a five-minute phone call. Consultations are free for the first 15 minutes and $25 for each additional 15 minutes. A $25 consultation deposit is credited toward the service if the client books and refunded if they don't book and the visit ran under 15 minutes. Starting prices include $25 for a Quick Cleanse scalp service, $35 for natural hairstyles (which must be paired with a wash), $65 for a maintenance appointment, $230 for a sew-in, $275 for a crochet reinstall, $400 to $420 for human hair crochet textures, and $180 for crochet using client-provided hair. Prices may vary with hair texture, length and technique, and washing, trimming or straightening natural hair costs extra. For client-supplied hair, the price quoted at booking is honored even if tariffs change.

Install style is chosen around scalp access and how often the client washes, with lay and weight traded off between the options.
