About

Most of the menu is grouped into Tier One, a set of recurring maintenance visits. Each Tier One visit includes a professional shampoo and conditioning, a complimentary precision trim, a strengthening or moisture treatment, and a finished style that can be thermal, textured or locs. Weekly care starts at $95, and the bi-weekly, three-week and four-week schedules run from $110 to $140, with a non-standing option at $160. Each of these runs about 1 hour 30 minutes. Tier One color options include a touch-up visit at $250, a premium full color at $325, a multi-color or hi-lite service at $375, and double-process blonding at $375, which takes about four hours. A Monthly Color Care Plan is also offered, with pricing set by plan.

Beyond color and Tier One, the salon offers curly hair cuts and shaping, which start at $125, and extension work including sew-in extensions, I-tip touch-ups and full-head I-tip installs. Scalp and hair treatments with a trim are $95. The salon also runs hair loss prevention and hair growth routines. Its gallery shows loc styles, silk presses, color on textured hair, and micro bead, I-tip and sew-in extensions.

Private hands-on training is available by appointment for licensed cosmetologists, natural hair stylists, locticians, barbers, braiders and other beauty professionals. Courses include curly and coily heat styling, comb coils, twist outs and flat twists, and a set of loc courses from Loc Start through Advanced Loc Styling, each $175 per person. Loc Color training is open to licensed cosmetologists only.

Payment is accepted by Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm and Venmo; the salon does not take cash. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations are charged the full appointment cost. A $25 late fee applies from the second late arrival. Children are not permitted unless they are the scheduled client, guests are not allowed during appointments, and food is not allowed in the salon. Clients are asked to keep phones on silent and step outside for calls.
