Joy White founded JW Salon Styles and is a licensed cosmetologist, natural hair specialist and beauty author. She has been licensed since 1988 and has more than 40 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her advanced training spans precision haircutting, professional hair coloring, hair extensions, and natural and textured hair care. She sees all curl patterns and hair textures, with a particular focus on curly, coily and kinky hair. She explains the science behind hair, and clients value how clearly she does so and the confidence they gain from her results.
