Services are priced by starting point, and longer color work is booked by time. Haircuts include a signature cut and style that takes about two hours and a shorter haircut special that must be discussed before booking. Add-ons such as a deep conditioning treatment or an extra haircut are added to an existing appointment, and a blowout or special-occasion styling is available as a separate visit.

A 20-dollar consultation of about 25 minutes lets clients talk through their hair before booking, and a test strand is included when needed. The salon is open Monday, Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Tuesday through Friday.

Booking carries a few policies to know. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, and deposits are non-refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from 50 to 4,000 dollars, with approval needed before the appointment.
