The menu covers precision haircuts, color, highlights and balayage, keratin treatments, eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tints, permanent makeup and waxing. Permanent makeup includes eyebrow microshading, permanent eyeliner, lip liner and fill, and areola tattooing. The salon notes that areola tattooing is often used after breast reconstruction surgery to restore the look of the areola and nipple, and that it can also refresh areola color that has faded with age or other factors. Permanent makeup consultations are available.

The salon aims to achieve the look a client wants while protecting the integrity of skin, hair and lashes. It describes its atmosphere as relaxing. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 10 am to 5 pm, Thursday and Friday 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm; the salon is closed on Sundays. Cancellations need 72 hours' notice, and deposits are not refunded for cancellations made with less notice, no-shows or same-day cancellations. Rescheduling carries a $75 fee. Late arrivals may be rebooked, or the remaining service time may be booked at full price. Children under 18 are not allowed in the salon.

The salon also teaches lash and permanent makeup courses approved by the state of Rhode Island. A three-day introduction to eyebrow microshading, lip microshading and permanent eyeliner costs $2,500, and a five-day fundamental course covering the same techniques costs $5,000 and includes a full kit and certificate. A four-day eyelash course includes a professional kit, a practice mannequin, a training manual and a certificate. Eyelash course payments can be split through Afterpay, Vagaro Pay or four payments.
