Patients without insurance can join a flat-fee membership. A single adult membership is $80 per month, a single adult chronic care membership is $100 per month, a children's membership for ages 7 to 17 is $45 per month, a family membership is $300 per month, and a family chronic care membership is $325 per month. Memberships carry no per-visit copays, but included services and eligibility should be confirmed with the business.

The wellness center covers hormone health, medical weight management, IV therapy, aesthetic treatments, and skin and laser treatments. Women's hormone care includes menopause and perimenopause, bioidentical hormones, estrogen and progesterone therapy, and testosterone therapy. Men's health covers testosterone evaluation, erectile dysfunction treatment, hair loss evaluation, and medically guided weight loss. The practice recommends a consultation and notes that individual results vary. EMSELLA, a non-invasive pelvic floor treatment, is given as a series of sessions with clients staying clothed.
