She started in Montreal with her own nail salon, later worked as a product distributor for salons and spas, and brought her vision for a beauty oasis to the Glendale location. The Lagoon Experience is a co-ed relaxation space with a circuit of hot and cold baths, Himalayan salt therapy, steam rooms, dry saunas, hot tubs, hydrotherapy rooms, meditation rooms and showers. The business describes it as top-rated. A single pass is $50 for a shared two-hour session, a duo pass is $100 for two people, a monthly membership is $120 for unlimited access, and a private booking for up to 8 people is $400 and includes drinks and a fruit platter. Proper swimwear is required, phones stay in lockers, staff and other clients may pass through during a private booking, and the stay is two hours including locker time.

Facials begin with a personalized consultation to assess skin type and goals. The classic facial is $100 for 60 minutes and covers deep cleansing, exfoliation, a mask, finishing products and facial and scalp massage. The acne facial is $130 for 60 minutes and includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and high frequency, finished with Eminence Clear Skin. The deluxe facial is $135 for 90 minutes and includes two enhancements of the client's choice. Body treatments include a back facial at $110, a coffee and honey body scrub at $130, a Sedona mud wrap for oily skin at $150, and Stress Away CBD Body at $170, which uses a hemp sugar scrub and CBD hot towels. Nail services include acrylic, Gel-X and structured gel nails, with a specialty in Gel-X full sets, plus manicures and pedicures with regular or gel polish. Massage options include deep tissue, therapeutic, hot stone and sports massage, with pre-event and post-event sports sessions.

The medspa menu includes Botox at $12 per unit and Jeuveau at $7 per unit for new patients, with treatment areas such as forehead lines, crow's feet and jawline slimming. Fillers are offered for lips, cheeks, under eyes, chin, jawline, nasolabial folds, smile lines and marionette lines, and a new patient lip filler is $399. Microneedling, red light therapy, LPG Endermologie and Lipo Light body sculpting, and B12 injections are also available, and medspa treatments begin with a one-on-one consultation. Booking is done online through Vagaro, with a client profile and a card on file. A 30% deposit reserves an appointment, and cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice. Clients should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and complete intake forms before services. Gratuity is not included in prices, and all service providers are described as licensed professionals.
