Lash extension sets and fills are priced according to which lash artist performs the service. Transfer clients whose extensions were applied elsewhere book a 90-minute first appointment with prepayment. Clients returning after a recent fill may book a returning client full set if their last recurring fill was within the past year.

The HeadSpa Experience is the newest treatment and comes in 30, 60 and 75-minute versions. Head spa packages range from The Four Seasons to four Scalp Reset DELUXE levels. Permanent makeup options include microblading, a microblading color boost, ombré powder brows, and lip blushing, with microblading requiring a 50 percent deposit at booking.

New clients are asked to call to set up an appointment and a new client profile. A credit card on file is required to reserve appointments through Boulevard booking software. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice for appointments over an hour and 24 hours for shorter ones; late cancellations or reschedules may be charged half the service price, and a no-call, no-show may be charged the full price. Bikini and Brazilian waxing are offered to ages 16 and up, with a parent or guardian present with signed consent for guests under 18.

Lash sets are tailored to each client after considering curl, length, density and the overall health of their natural lashes. The salon describes its head spa treatments as designed to soothe the scalp and restore body and mind.
