Sinsa Beauty was created by Sinly Sivongsay as a personalized skincare space for women. The studio is run by a licensed esthetician and sees one client at a time in a space the business describes as private, clean and quiet.

Each facial is planned around the client's skin, schedule and goals, using a holistic approach. Bookings begin with an in-person consultation covering skin history, expectations and the results a client hopes for. Acne treatments are customized to the specific type of breakout, and teen clients are welcome, with treatment adjusted by age, skin condition and current routine. Clients are asked to list all prescription and over-the-counter products they use beforehand. Facials can be received while using prescription acne medications such as tretinoin, adapalene or clindamycin, with the treatment adjusted for comfort and safety.

The acne facial may include a professional skin analysis, double cleanse, gentle exfoliation and deep pore cleansing, along with extractions when needed, high frequency and Blue LED, and a customized treatment mask. It typically finishes with hydrating, barrier-supporting products and personalized home care advice. Facial massage is blended into each session. The Korean Glass Skin facial combines Nanochanneling and Dermaplaning in one treatment, and Procell Microchanneling is described by the business as a microneedling treatment that aims to improve collagen production and skin texture.

The studio also offers makeup for weddings and special events, plus makeup classes for clients who want to refine their everyday look. The business says its facials are offered without Botox, fillers or toxins and that it uses non-toxic skincare products.

Booking and studio policies: a $50 cancellation fee may apply to cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead or to no-shows and no-calls. Clients arriving late have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be called off. Services and packages are final and non-refundable, and packages expire one year after purchase. Skincare products are not refundable, though slightly used products may be exchanged. The business uses hospital-grade disinfectant on the room, chairs, station and products before and after each client, wears gloves throughout each facial, and staggers appointments to allow for disinfecting. Clients with symptoms or who are unwell are asked to reschedule.
