Every appointment begins with a consultation to talk through the look the client wants. The team then introduces the products it uses and explains the full process during the session. Clients are asked to remove all eye makeup beforehand and, on a first visit, to arrive a few minutes early for the consultation. The studio describes its products as made in the USA, and it states its technicians are professionally trained, licensed and certified, with hybrid and volume technicians certified in those application methods.

Policies are set for scheduling and fairness. A credit card is required to secure appointments, and cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service charge applies. Fill clients are accepted up to 10 minutes after their scheduled time, while full set clients must arrive on time. No-shows and arrivals more than 10 minutes late may face a 50% fee and prepayment for future visits. Children must be accompanied by an adult and wait in the lobby outside the treatment room. Shedding concerns should be reported within 24 hours by text or voicemail rather than email, and reminders are sent by text and email.
