The studio is organized around three pillars, Connect, Empower and Beautify, taken in that order to follow the flow of a visit. Human connection comes before the waxing or beauty service itself. The studio describes its goal as outperforming industry standards.

Beyond the chair, the studio has held clothing drives for domestic abuse survivors and supports other women-owned businesses.

Clients book through the website. Clients are asked to stop Retin A, retinol, any form of vitamin A, antibiotics and clinical-grade benzoyl peroxide 72 hours before an appointment. A $40 Spa Experience upgrade can be added to any service and includes massage, lymphatic drainage, cryo-ball therapy and a hydro jelly mask.
