Treatments begin with learning about each client's skin, and facials are built around teaching clients about their skin and how to care for it at home. The studio follows a less-is-more approach, aiming to bring out natural features rather than cover them. It describes its facials as goal-driven treatments using clean skincare.

The facial menu runs from a 40-minute Express Facial to an 80-minute Revive ritual. Options include a men's skin rebalance, a facial described as safe for sensitive skin and pregnancy, anti-ageing firming, brightening and anti-spot therapy, a pH facial for oily and combination skin, deep hydration and a detox ritual. Several facials add technology such as LED, High Frequency, hyaluronic infusion, lymphatic drainage or cupping.
