Skincare includes custom facials built around Eminence Organic Skin Care, with versions that add microdermabrasion or microneedling. Chemical peels range from the VI Peel line, including options for acne, pigment, aging skin and the body, to a PCA peel selected by a certified professional. Peels suited to melanin-rich skin are offered. Botox and Jeuveau treatments for frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet take about 15 minutes. The menu also includes Simply Lip Flip, a neurotoxin treatment that lifts the upper lip without filler, along with under-eye and filler options.

Simply Slim runs a weight management program under medical supervision. Joining begins with a $99 Initial Medical Evaluation, billed apart from the $525 monthly membership, and that evaluation must be booked first. The membership has a three-month minimum term and then renews monthly until cancelled. Members have a medical follow-up scheduled roughly every four weeks. Where medically suitable, a plan can involve a prescription medication from the GLP-1 class or a dual GIP/GLP-1 option. Guidance covers nutrition and lifestyle, and nutrition support is provided through a partnership with Isagenix. Laboratory fees are extra. The program makes no promise of acceptance, a prescription or a specific amount of weight loss. Unlimited access, personal coaching and concierge care are not included in the membership.

The spa is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Online booking runs through the Salon Ultimate platform. Flexible payment plans are available through Cherry and Affirm, and a 10% discount applies to a first service. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice for spa packages and 24 hours for other services. Cancellations made within 24 hours and reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the full-service price, and no-shows are charged in full. Private parties and groups of four or more follow a one-week cancellation policy, and the first reschedule fee is waived.

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may not receive the full service but are still charged the full treatment value. First-time guests complete a personal health form, and health conditions, allergies or injuries are requested at booking and kept confidential. Phones, personal devices and cameras are not used during services. Gratuity is not included in prices, and the spa provides the products and equipment needed for treatments.

Each treatment begins with a consultation built around the client's goals, and personalized treatment plans start there as well. The business says it follows the highest standards for safety.
