Memberships include VIP Membership, Skincare Society and Wellness Society. Hours are Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 3pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm, with Sundays closed.

Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations, and a credit card is kept on file for new and current patients. Cancellation fees depend on the service: $50 for skincare visits of an hour or less, $100 or $250 for laser and medical aesthetic visits, $25 to $250 for injectable appointments, and a $500 CoolSculpting deposit that is not refunded if the visit is missed or cancelled on short notice. Appointments missed by 10 minutes or more are subject to a fee. Product sales are final except that products causing a skin reaction can be returned for in-store credit within 7 days. Purchased services are not refunded, though unused package value can go toward other services, and injectable sales are final.
