Visits take place in a private treatment room with a day spa feel, and there is a bathroom for clients only. A heated treatment bed and a robe are provided. The first visit includes a free 20 to 30 minute consultation, so clients should allow extra time. Appointments are booked in advance, either through the website or by contacting the studio directly.
The Signature Facial is a 60 minute customized treatment that can include a nano infusion, a Sorella Apothecary Cherry Pepper Peel and a Sorella Apothecary Peach and Honey Mask. Chemical peels run 30 minutes and are offered as the Sorella Apothecary Healthy Aging Peel or Brightening Peel, chosen by skin type and goals, with a series of three recommended for best results. The Collagen Induction Facial, priced at $250, infuses a DNA serum and is tailored to each client; it can include PDRN and is usually a series of three to six treatments, with an extra $75 charge for the neck.
For acne, the studio offers a teen and adult acne facial at $110 and a version with LED blue light therapy at $160. The studio says LED blue light therapy kills acne bacteria and calms the skin. Acne Bootcamp is a 40 minute program at $75 that combines Face Reality home care, professional acne treatments every two weeks and ongoing coaching, with product adjustments as needed. The studio describes Face Reality as designed to clear acne in three to six weeks; results vary. The virtual acne consultation is a 40 minute video session at $75 that reviews acne history and routine, includes a video skin assessment, and produces a personalized morning and evening routine with help ordering products for home delivery.
Add-ons include hydrodermabrasion, radio frequency, a Rezenerate nano facial, LED light treatment, lymphatic massage and a Golden Hour Glow Mask, each $30 to $50. The studio uses and sells Sorella Apothecary and Face Reality professional lines, which are offered only to licensed estheticians.
Treatments are built around each client's skin type, sensitivity and goals, with an emphasis on education about skin care and corrective treatments expected to benefit the skin.
