Every service is booked by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Clients can book by phone or text at (331) 251-3155 or by email. Clients are asked to complete a Client Consultation Form before their visit, or fill it out at the studio, and to arrive 10 minutes early. Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late has their service moved to another date. Cancellations and rescheduling need a call within 24 hours. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who may sign the consultation form. Clients whose household has an infectious or contagious illness can reschedule without a penalty. Gratuity is not included in treatment prices but is appreciated.

Signature offerings include the Dew Drop Deluxe, a 100-minute treatment using the Epicutis line, EWG verified products and LED light therapy, and the Full Bloom Luxe, an 80-minute facial with aromatherapy and lymphatic drainage massage. The Glow Infusion Facial uses Rezenerate and a silicone stamp tool to work ingredients into the skin, and it is not offered to first-time clients. Chemical peels are intended for deeper concerns such as acne, aging or hyperpigmentation, are not for first-time clients, and require proper homecare. Pricing for peels varies, so the studio asks clients to call for details.

The studio says it meets all health standards and cleans, disinfects and sterilizes as required. It is located at 3311 Hobson Road, Suite C, on the southeast corner of Hobson Road and 53rd Street. Coming from the east, the entrance is on the left, directly across from Goodrich Elementary. The building is handicap accessible. Studio hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm, Wednesday 2pm to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 2pm, and Monday and Sunday closed, with Sunday visits by appointment only.

Treatments are customized to each client, with guidance on caring for skin at home.
