A standard facial includes makeup removal, a skin analysis, exfoliation, a face and neck massage, extractions when they are needed, and products chosen for the client's skin type. Most people are scheduled about every four weeks, though the esthetician may suggest a different interval, and professional home care products are recommended afterward. A Monthly Savings Plan is available for facials.

Chemical peels, dermaplaning, Rezenerate, micro-current and LED treatments can be booked as a series at a reduced rate. Peels are light to moderate, since deeper peels are only performed by or under a physician. A consultation is booked about a week before the first peel, and clients are asked to stop retinol, alpha-hydroxy acids and other drying products two to three days beforehand.

Everything is by appointment. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 to 6:15 pm and Saturday from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, with extended hours available on request. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full amount, and a late arrival may shorten the session while the full session is still charged.

Treatments are matched to skin type after an analysis, and the esthetician recommends a schedule that suits each client, usually about every four weeks for facials.
