The menu covers facials, massage, hair design and color, smoothing and straightening, hair extensions, makeup, manicures and pedicures, waxing and body treatments. The Signature Facial is a customized treatment for all skin types, and other facials are built around specific concerns: an algae-based treatment for dry skin, a vitamin C mask for dull, tired skin, a peel-off alginate mask for sensitive or reactive skin, and a freeze-dried facial for dullness and fine lines. Teens 18 and under can book a Teen Acne Management Treatment, which follows a customized plan from a skin specialist. Microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tip method, and the salon notes that a series of six treatments spaced four to eight weeks apart works better than a single session.

Packages combine several services. The Indulgence package, which pairs a custom facial, body massage, manicure and pedicure, is the one the salon describes as its most popular. Other packages include the Sanctuary Sampler, Romance for couples, Ladies Night Out for groups of two, and the Gentlemen's Escape for men. Monthly massage clients who pre-book four sessions at a time with a credit card receive $10 off each session.

Booking requires a credit card to hold a reservation. Cancelling a single service within 24 hours or multiple services within 48 hours incurs a 50% fee, and no-call no-shows are charged the full price of the scheduled services. Guests should arrive 10 minutes early, since a late arrival may mean a shorter treatment without a price reduction. Children under 12 are welcome in the salon by appointment only and are not allowed in the spa. Outside food is not permitted unless it is part of a spa package, though guests may bring a drink or buy one at the bar. Gratuity cannot be added to card payments, and the salon suggests 18% to 20% for service.

Hours are Tuesday 9am to 8pm, Wednesday 9am to 9pm, Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm. The salon is closed on Sunday, and Monday is listed as in-salon education. Gift certificates are sold, and SpaFinder certificates are accepted for spa services only, one per visit per client. Sanctuary gift cards expire seven years from issue, as Massachusetts law requires, and balances can only be checked with the card or card number. Guests who are unhappy with a service may call within 7 days of the appointment, and the salon will offer a new appointment to fix the issue.

The salon describes its goal as helping each client look their best and leaving with a fresh look at every visit. Facial treatments are customized, and equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service.
