Every service is performed personally by the owner, with one-on-one attention and no rotating staff. The studio describes itself as small by design and intentional by nature.

A visit usually starts with a conversation about the client's skin, goals and how they feel that day. Treatments are shaped for that day rather than chosen from a fixed menu item, and the owner recommends only what is judged to genuinely suit the client's skin.

The menu covers customized facials, including three named facials, lash extensions in classic, hybrid and volume styles, Japanese Head Spa treatments rooted in Japanese wellness traditions, and face and body waxing.
