The lash menu covers four full-set styles. Classic is a natural-look extension and is often chosen for a first appointment; classic sets include a cleanser and a brush. Hybrid mixes classic and volume extensions. Wet/Textured uses lash bundles that look thicker and bolder than classic. Volume fans several extensions onto each natural lash, usually at a 1:3 or 1:5 ratio, which is also called Russian volume. Aftercare kits, serums and growth products are sold for home care, and the salon says these use natural oils and vitamins.

Skin care is provided by a medical esthetician, and every skin care service starts with a skin consultation. Options include PCA facials, which combine deep cleansing, exfoliation and nourishing ingredients, and PCA chemical peels in superficial and medium strengths. Other services include a Hydrofacial and hydrodermabrasion using a Zemits Verstand HD system, a cold-temperature Cryofacial known as Frotox, Jet Plasma, a Skin Classic treatment for skin tags, milia, keratosis and broken capillaries, a Vagacial and intimate lightening for hyperpigmentation in the intimate area. Body sculpting is a non-invasive cryolipolysis treatment for the abdomen, hips and thighs, and the salon states it is not a weight loss solution. Teeth whitening uses a 16% hydrogen peroxide gel; because only dental professionals may apply whitening gel to another person's teeth, clients apply it themselves with a technician guiding them.

Beyond lashes and skin care, Lash Co. offers laser hair removal, which the salon describes as state-of-the-art and which is performed by a laser specialist. Nail services include acrylic nails, Gel-X nails, dip nails (also called SNS powder nails) and gel polish manicures that typically last two to four weeks. The salon also makes custom-sized welded permanent jewelry for the wrist, neck, ankle, finger or waist, in 18k gold filled or sterling silver chains.

Skin care services are provided by a medical esthetician and begin with a required consultation, while lash work is built around the client's chosen full-set style.
