The salon opened in 1989 and was founded by Debbie Kobe, who set out to give each client the exact look they wanted by listening closely to what they needed.

Services cover haircuts, men's cuts, blow-dry styling and formal up-dos, along with single process color, enzymes, highlights, full head bleach and Olaplex color services. Blonding is a core strength, and the salon recommends finishing color work with a fresh cut and blowout. Perms and spiral perms are offered for both men and women.

Nail services include manicures, pedicures, polish, gel and acrylic fills and full sets. Signature options are the spa manicure, spa pedicure and rock pedicure, and a paraffin dip is available as an add-on. Children's manicures and pedicures are also offered.

Visits are by appointment, which the salon recommends, booked by phone or online subject to availability. Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and check in at the front desk. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments or late changes carry a $25 fee. Cash, checks, debit cards and Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Tipping is up to the client, and the salon notes an industry average of 15% to 20% of the service total before discounts.
