Services are offered in a few lengths. Express cuts are for returning clients and include a consultation and a dry cut, with a curl refresh if time allows. The Men's Express and Kid's Express options are shorter trims. Longer visits, the Full Curly Cut Experience and the Deluxe Curly Cut Experience, include a personalized consultation, a relaxing wash with scalp massage, a styling and diffusing lesson, and detailed shaping, with the Deluxe adding a steam treatment and a custom scalp or conditioning treatment. The Luxe Wash & Style covers a scalp or conditioning treatment, wash, steam, and styling.
Booking details: the studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, and evening and weekend appointments are likely to be unavailable. Cancellations need to be made online at least 48 hours ahead; later cancellations carry a 30% fee, and missed or same-day cancellations are charged the full service. New clients can join a waitlist and are contacted about a month ahead as openings come up. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and are final once sold.
Scalp health is treated as the starting point for healthy curly hair, and the studio teaches clients how to care for their scalp and hair at home.
