Each extension is dipped in medical-grade adhesive made in the USA, then bonded to one natural lash at a time. Clients choose the color, texture and length of the lashes. Classic extensions are offered for natural or dramatic looks. Volume extensions, sometimes called 3D, 5D or Russian volume, place roughly three to five very fine lashes on each natural lash rather than tabs, flares or clusters. The salon notes that its synthetic mink lashes are firmer and are not suited to very fine, weak or sparse natural lashes.

A first full set takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the natural lashes and the look chosen. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early for a first visit to complete paperwork, and on time for later visits. Before coming in, clients should shower, remove contacts, skip eye makeup and avoid creams or sunscreen near the eyes, since oils can weaken the bond. For the first 24 hours, water and steam should be kept away from the new extensions.

The salon's stated mission is to build long-term client relationships through service, customer care and a relaxing environment. It says its eyelash extension specialists are experienced and hold certified licenses. Texas requires an Eyelash Extension Specialty License from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to apply and remove semi-permanent extensions.

Each lash is bonded individually, and the final look is shaped by the client's choice of color, texture and length. Regular refills are presented as the way to keep extensions looking full, since the adhesive can last up to eight weeks depending on aftercare and natural lashes often shed sooner.
