The studio says protecting the health of natural lashes is its first priority. Volume work uses ultra-lightweight fans to add fullness while aiming to stay gentle on natural lashes. The studio explains that volume sets cost more because they take extra time, advanced training and hand-placed fans. It describes its Mega Volume set as the darkest, fullest lash line it can create. Lash removal uses a specialized remover that loosens the adhesive so extensions come off without pulling on natural lashes. For clients who have recurring irritation from extensions, the studio offers Lash Lift & Tint as an alternative.

Full sets start at $200 in the Custom menu, $225 in the Signature menu and $250 in the Extra menu. Fills are priced by how many weeks have passed, and they are typically booked every two to three weeks, though ideal timing varies by client.

Between visits, the studio recommends cleansing lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser, avoiding mascara on extensions, and choosing pencil or powder eyeliners rather than waterproof or gel-based ones. Clients can get extensions wet right after an appointment, and rinsing after sweating is advised. The studio notes that true adhesive allergies are uncommon. Clients who are unwell or have a fever or illness symptoms are asked to reschedule. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; shorter-notice cancellations may require a $50 deposit before future bookings, and same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount. Late arrivals are seen within the remaining appointment time, so services still end on schedule, and a late arrival can affect how full the final set looks. Issues with lashes should be reported within three days of the appointment. Refunds are not offered for services already performed.
