A visit is usually short. Appointments take 30 minutes or less depending on the areas treated, and there is no downtime afterward. Treatments are carried out on a Candela GentleMax Pro laser, which uses Nd:YAG and Alexandrite wavelengths, and a Zimmer cooling system blows cold air across the treated area before and after each pulse. Each session is customized with laser settings suited to the client. The company says its technicians are Candela-trained and certified, and that more than 100 of them complete laser safety and technology training.

Clients are asked to shave the area 12 to 24 hours before a treatment, and to avoid waxing, tweezing and hair removal creams for three weeks beforehand. Sun exposure, tanning beds and self-tanner should also be avoided for at least three weeks. After treatment, showering and working out should wait two hours, and hot showers, hot tubs and steam rooms should be skipped for the same period. Restorative Gel is sold for aftercare.

Services are sold as starter packages priced by area, with a four-treatment series for each area. Multi-area starter packages, a six-treatment one-year full-body package and monthly programs are also offered. Memberships spread the total cost into monthly payments with no large upfront fee, finance charges or credit checks. Appointments are booked by phone rather than email, and the company recommends visits every six to eight weeks during a multi-session plan.

Botox introductory offers, chemical peels and Hydrafacial treatment are listed among the services, with chemical peels offered at the Henderson location and Hydrafacial offered at some locations.

Each laser session is customized to the client's hair growth, skin tone and hair color. Treatments are timed to the active growth phase, which is why appointments every six to eight weeks are recommended.
