Silk presses, blowouts, rod sets, dry styling, and crimps or wand curls cover smooth and styled looks, and color is offered for extensions and wigs in single or double process. Some services are priced from a starting amount because price depends on length, hair and style.

Several services begin with a conversation. Color work and first-time clients start with a consultation, bridal clients can book a consultation to plan the look and timeline, and style inspiration is requested ahead of kids' styles, updos and young children's braids so the plan can be set before the appointment.

Two monthly memberships are available. The Simply Smooth Blowout Membership at $90 includes two blowouts, a monthly strengthening and repair treatment, and 10% off retail. The Simply Sleek Silk Press Membership at $190 includes two silk presses with the same treatment and discount. According to the salon, each plan saves $50. Benefits apply automatically at in-store checkout after a regular booking. Gift cards come in set amounts or custom values and are final once sold.

Payments go through the booking site, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee, but deposits are not refunded. Rescheduling with the same deposit is allowed with 24 hours' notice, and a no-call, no-show is charged half the service price. Hours are Monday through Thursday 6 to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday 8 AM to 9 PM, and closed Sunday.

Consultations come before color, bridal and kids' work so the plan is settled before the appointment.
