Every visit can begin with a free 15-minute consultation at no charge. For Botox, new clients are priced at $7.99 per unit, with a 15-minute appointment; the average client uses 50 to 60 units for forehead lines, glabella lines and crow's feet. Follow-up Botox appointments are $50 and include 6 units, with additional units at $9.99 each for current clients. Other Botox options include a lip flip for about $95, which takes 10 to 20 minutes in office, and masseter injections, which the practice uses for teeth grinding, jaw tension, clenching, headaches and jawline contouring. Most masseter patients receive 25 to 40 units per side, and neck treatments for platysmal bands use roughly 25 to 30 units. Pricing for those is set by the treatment.

Filler services include lip fillers at $650, which take about 30 minutes and use synthetic hyaluronic acid from brands such as Juvederm, Restylane and Revanesse. Mid face filler is $750 per full syringe, also about 30 minutes, with brands including Teosyal, Radiesse, Restylane and Juvederm. Mid face filler is offered for smile lines, marionette lines, cheeks, temples, chin and nose reshaping, smoker lines, forehead lines, scars and hands.

The medical weight loss program is a prescription plan that pairs a calorie-controlled eating plan with an FDA-approved prescription medication. It starts with a consultation about personal goals, then an appointment with a licensed provider who checks whether medication is appropriate, followed by follow-up meetings to update the plan. Injectable and oral medication options are available, and pricing varies by plan. A consultation with Rx injectables is $50 and is intended for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and more physical activity. A consultation with Rx pills is $75. Medical weight loss follow-ups are 10-minute appointments.

Vitamin injections include a B12 Energy Blast at $25, which takes about 10 minutes and can be given weekly or monthly. A weight loss vitamin injection, known as the MICC injection, costs $50 and is given weekly as a 1 ml intramuscular injection; it contains methionine, inositol, choline and cyano. Gift cards are sold in $5, $10, $20 and $50 amounts or in custom amounts.
