Every visit starts with a consultation and an assessment by a qualified person who examines the skin, body or hair. Nothing is booked until that step is complete, and the team will say so if a treatment is not the right fit for a client. Plans are personalized and medically informed, and the business says it aims for natural-looking results. Facial type is chosen after the skin is analyzed rather than from a menu at booking, and a complimentary skin analysis is offered.

Skin treatments include facials with add-ons such as microdermabrasion, chemical exfoliation, dermaplaning, LED light therapy and oxygen infusion with microcurrent, along with professional-strength chemical peels, IPL photofacial, microneedling, neuromodulators and acne courses. Body work is non-surgical contouring, and the hair service is platelet-rich plasma prepared from the client's own blood.

The building is about a mile from the Syosset train station, near Jericho Turnpike, the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State Parkway. Parking is complimentary in front of and behind the building, the ground floor is accessible, and there is a client bathroom. Coffee, tea and water are offered. The business is open Tuesday through Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is recommended, and appointments can be made online or by calling 516-266-2996. Well-behaved pets are allowed in reception and the waiting area only.
