Hair work centers on curly, coily and silky smooth hair. Services include precision cuts, custom blended color for every hair type and texture (including balayage, ombre and highlights), blowouts, smoothouts, ceramic and textured styling, and textured looks such as Bantu knots, coils, GlamWaves, flat twists and twist-outs. Loc grooming, loc extensions, non-toxic braiding, protective styles and crochet extensions are also offered, and men's grooming is available through HANSOMME.

A visit usually begins with a consultation. First-time guests can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation, the First 15, which can be done in person or virtually and is included with scheduled appointments. All extension services require a consultation first. Every scheduled appointment takes a credit card hold. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice; a $75 fee applies to missed appointments and cancellations without notice, no-shows are charged the full service price, and a $25 late charge applies after a 15-minute grace period. Cash and contactless payments through Cash App, Venmo and Zelle are accepted. Hours are Wednesday to Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, with Sunday by appointment only.

Education is a major part of the business. CurlyTextured Academy offers on-demand, live stream and in-salon learning for hairstylists, natural hair stylists and students, plus masterclasses for industry professionals. The Textured Tresses Series is priced at $100 as a one-time purchase or $150 for a 30-day subscription, and the D2 Textured Cuts Series is $15 a month or $300 for a 30-day subscription. The Texture Master Class Certification includes digital tutorials and a mentorship apprentice day with Diane Da Costa.
