Color is one of the main services, ranging from single process root touch-ups on natural shades that don't need bleaching to double process all-over color, highlights, blonding and color correction. A consultation is required before any major color service. The consult is free, by phone or in person, and takes about 30 minutes. Color appointments must be booked within 30 days of the consult, and a deposit on the card on file is applied to the color appointment. Out-of-town guests are asked to email the salon with their contact details, two years of color history, photos of their current and desired color, and any skin or hair sensitivities.

Curly hair is a particular focus. Curl sculpting is offered as a cut for returning and first-time clients, and clients should arrive with dry hair in its natural state. Silk presses come in tiers by hair length, with a gloss version available. Other styling options include wand curls, define and go, two strand twists, blowouts, and detangling for matted hair or protective styles. Braid, weave and extension take-downs are also offered, with time beyond three hours charged by the hour; frontals are not included.

Policies: cancellations without 24 hours notice are charged half the scheduled service, and missed appointments or no-shows are charged in full. Children under 12 are not serviced. Guests should ask before bringing a plus one, since space is limited. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The salon is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
