The color menu runs from root touch-ups and single process all-over color to mini, partial and full dimensional color, plus bleach retouch, toner and gloss add-ons, and corrective or fashion color. Dimensional services include a K18 treatment, and the full dimensional service also includes a fresh haircut. Haircuts are offered to returning clients. Extension work covers tightening and installing wefts, tape-in and custom K-tip installs, removal, and lessons on temporary clip-ins and ponytails with a blending cut. Makeup and styling include express and full glam makeup with false lashes, formal styling for events, and a keratin treatment that smooths frizz.

Booking terms ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules, and late cancellations or no-shows within that window are charged the full fee. Clients get a 15-minute grace period after which services may be adjusted or the visit rescheduled. New clients pay a $25 deposit that goes toward a future booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The stylist may waive the cancellation policy case by case.
